An outline for this question.

1. Name one or two specific things about the company: a product, a goal, a value you have actually looked at.
2. Connect each to something you have done or want to do.
3. Say what you would bring, not only what you would get.

The mistake to avoid.

Praising the company in general terms. Saying you admire the brand could be said about any company.

The general method: honest, specific, brief.

The same shape works for most hr questions, whatever the topic.

• Answer the question that was asked in your first sentence.
• Back it with one specific example or fact, not a general claim.
• Tie it to this role, and stop. A calm thirty to sixty seconds is enough.
