1. Say what the company does and who its customers are, in a sentence.
2. Mention one recent thing: a product, a news item or a project.
3. Connect it to why you want to work there.

The mistake to avoid.

Saying you know it is a big company. Look at the website and their recent news the evening before.

The general method: honest, specific, brief.

The same shape works for most hr questions, whatever the topic.

• Answer the question that was asked in your first sentence.
• Back it with one specific example or fact, not a general claim.
• Tie it to this role, and stop. A calm thirty to sixty seconds is enough.
